ЛЕЧЕНИЕ НЕСЕМИНОМНЫХ ГЕРМИНОГЕННЫХ ОПУХОЛЕЙ ЯИЧКА I СТАДИИ

Аннотация

Общая выживаемость больных с герминогенными опухолями яичка I стадии после выполнения им орхифуникулэктомии составляет почти 100 %, что достигается за счет использования альтернативных адъювантных подходов. При лечении несеминомных герминогенных опухолей могут применяться следующие методы: динамическое наблюдение, химиотерапия или забрюшинная лимфаденэктомия. В статье представлены основные преимущества и недостатки названных лечебных опций.
