ПЕРВИЧНЫЕ НЕХОДЖКИНСКИЕ ЛИМФОМЫ ЯИЧКА

Аннотация
Неходжкинские лимфомы (НХЛ) яичка составляют не более 7 % всех злокачественных опухолей яичка и 1−2 % всех экстранодальных НХЛ. Мы описали 62 случая лимфомы яичка. Химиотерапию (ХТ) на основе антрациклинсодержащих (CHOP) режимов ± ритуксимаб получили 34 (55 %) больных. Сочетание ХТ и лучевой терапии применяли у 16 (25,6 %) пациентов. Ранний рецидив наблюдался у 20 (57 %) больных, из них генерализованный — в 8 случаях. Поздний рецидив отмечен у 15 (43 %) пациентов, из них диссеминация процесса наблюдалась только у 5 больных.
