ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ГОРМОНАЛЬНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ПРЕПАРАТОМ ЛЕЙПРОРЕЛИН (ЛЮКРИН ДЕПО®) У БОЛЬНЫХ РАКОМ ПРЕДСТАТЕЛЬНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Аннотация
Рак предстательной железы (РПЖ) — одно из наиболее распространенных онкологических заболеваний. Гормональная терапия (ГТ) является основным методом терапии метастатического гормоночувствительного РПЖ. ГТ аналогами лютеинезирующего гонадотропин-рилизинг-гормона (ЛГРГ) считается эффективным методом гормонального воздействия, как в качестве самостоятельной терапии, так и в комбинации с другими препаратами. Люкрин депо® — действенный и безопасный аналог ЛГРГ, эффективность которого доказана рядом клинических исследований. Данный препарат может быть рекомендован в качестве самостоятельной терапии или в комбинации с другими гормональными препаратами у больных РПЖ при наличии показаний к проведению андрогенной депривации.
