Возможности индивидуального подхода в выборе 2-й линии таргетной терапии при метастатическом почечно-клеточном раке

Аннотация

Почечно-клеточный рак (ПКР) занимает одно из ведущих мест по заболеваемости в мире среди злокачественных новообразований мочеполовой системы. У 25–30 % больных при первичном обращении диагностируют метастатический ПКР (мПКР), а в 20–30 % случаев диссеминация возникает после радикального хирургического лечения. Благодаря внедрению в онкологическую практику большого числа таргетных и иммуноонкологоческих агентов в последние годы удалось значительно увеличить выживаемость больных мПКР. Однако в настоящее время перед клиницистами стоит проблема выбора лекарственных агентов и определения последовательности их применения для достижения максимальной эффективности каждой линии лечения. В данной статье обсуждаются вопросы выбора препаратов 2-й линии лекарственной терапии мПКР, возможные преимущества использования акситиниба, его оптимальные режимы дозирования, эффективность лечения после приема сунитиниба в зависимости от группы прогноза заболевания.
