Нефротоксичность комбинированной лекарственной терапии метастатического рака почки

Аннотация
Данный обзор литературы посвящен снижению функции почек при почечно-клеточном раке. По данным международных исследований, ряд пациентов на момент дебюта заболевания уже имеют хроническую болезнь почек. Хирургическое лечение приводит к уменьшению общего количества функционирующих нефронов. Лекарственная терапия вызывает ряд побочных явлений, в том числе нефротоксичность. В обзоре освещена проблема применения комбинированных режимов у пациентов с единственной почкой.
