Робот-ассистированная радикальная цистэктомия с кишечной деривацией мочи (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Радикальная цистэктомия (РЦ) остается основным методом оперативного лечения больных мышечно-инвазивным раком мочевого пузыря. В настоящее время при РЦ наряду с открытым активно используется робот-ассистированный доступ. В данном обзоре проведены анализ основных результатов робот-ассистированной РЦ и их сравнение с таковыми после открытой РЦ. Оценены такие параметры робот-ассистированной РЦ, как длительность операции, объем кровопотери, сроки госпитализации больных, 30- и 90-дневные осложнения. Проведен сравнительный анализ результатов экстра- и интракорпоральной деривации мочи, установлены преимущества интракорпорального формирования илеального кондуита и ортотопической цистопластики. Дальнейшее накопление опыта позволяет снизить количество послеоперационных осложнений, особенно высокой степени тяжести по классификации Clavien, и улучшить функциональные результаты робот-ассистированной РЦ.
