Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology with renal cell carcinoma.</p><p><bold>Materials and methods. </bold>The 1st group include patients with standard postsurgical care management after open renal resection with lumbotomy access and warm renal ischemia. The 2nd group include the same treated patients with minimally invasive surgeries and fast track elements under induced hypotension. We analysed preparation of patient for surgery, differences in after treatment care management, frequencies and pain severity, after treatment complications, blood loss severity.</p><p><bold>Results and conclusion. </bold>Research suggests that the system of enhanced recovery after renal resection ensure early patients rehabilitation with two-time less hospitalization period.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель исследования </bold>– анализ ведения 2 групп пациентов, получивших лечение в НМИЦ онкологии им. Н. Н. Петрова по поводу рака почки.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>В 1‑ю группу вошли пациенты, которым выполняли стандартное послеоперационное ведение после открытой резекции почки люмботомическим доступом с проведением тепловой ишемии, во 2‑ю – пациенты, прооперированные в том же объеме с применением миниинвазивной хирургии и элементов fast track в условиях управляемой гипотонии. Оценивали предоперационную подготовку, разницу в послеоперационном ведении пациентов, частоту и выраженность болевого синдрома, послеоперационных осложнений, степень кровопотери.</p><p><bold>Результаты и заключение. </bold>Анализ показал, что система периоперационной ранней реабилитации при резекции почки обеспечивает быструю реабилитацию больных, позволяя вдвое сократить этап стационарного лечения.</p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>kidney cancer</kwd><kwd>pain syndrome</kwd><kwd>fast track</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>опухоли почек</kwd><kwd>болевой синдром</kwd><kwd>Fast Track</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Kehlet H.
