Taking into account the following facts, we can say about the importance and relevance of this problem. This review highlights the results of different treatment strategies for high and very high risk prostate cancer.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рак предстательной железы является серьезной проблемой среди мужского населения планеты. Несмотря на медленное развитие заболевания, каждый год от этой патологии умирают тысячи мужчин. Поэтому лечение рака предстательной железы остается важным и актуальным вопросом.
