There is expediency to keep vinflunine for bladder cancer as one of effective options.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Расширение спектра лекарственных противоопухолевых средств для лечения нерезектабельного/метастатического уротелиального рака требует определения оптимальной последовательности их использования в различных клинических ситуациях.
