Last World Health Organization 2016/ISUP (International Society of Urologic Pathologists) papillary urinary tumor classification include papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential (PUNLMP).  This type of tumor is characterized by minimal atypia as well as low recurrence and progression rates. The article describes a clinical case of large PUNLMP treatment.

В текущей классификации Всемирной организации здравоохранения 2016/ISUP (International Society of Urologic Pathologists) папиллярных опухолей мочевого пузыря выделена уротелиальная карцинома низкой степени злокачественности (papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential, PUNLMP), характеризующаяся минимальными признаками атипии, а также низкими рисками развития рецидива и прогрессирования. В настоящей статье описан клинический случай лечения PUNLMP большого размера.
