The occurrence of malignant tumors is one of the well-known late complications of organ transplantation, which is induced by immunosuppressive therapy. In the vast majority of patients, kidney cancer occurs in the native organs; however, in a small percentage of cases, malignancies are found in the graft organ. The article describes a rare clinical case of a patient with synchronous cancer in the native and graft kidneys.</p>
В статье приведено описание редкого клинического наблюдения пациента с синхронным раком собственной и пересаженной почек.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>kidney cancer</kwd><kwd>graft kidney cancer</kwd><kwd>clear-cell carcinoma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак почки</kwd><kwd>рак пересаженной почки</kwd><kwd>светлоклеточный рак</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1. http://www.transplant-observatory.org/data-reports-2014/ [Accessed 17 February 17].</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">http://www.transplant-observatory.org/data-reports-2014/ [Accessed 17 February 17].</mixed-citation></citation-alternatives></ref><ref id="B2"><label>2.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">2.
