Overall survival was 100 %. Local control was 100 %. One (1), 2, and 3-year disease-free survival in the whole patient group was 96, 91, and 86 %; in the hypofractionation group it was 98, 95, and 89 %; in the classical fractionation group it was 95, 87, and 84 %, respectively. We have determined that the period of doubling of prostate-specific antigen level of ≤6 months (p = 0.035) after surgical treatment and prostate-specific antigen level &gt;0.5 ng/ml (p = 0.037) at the time of salvage radiotherapy are significantly associated with worse prognosis for treatment effectiveness. There weren’t any differences in late toxicity between the 2 patient groups.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> – оценить эффективность спасительной лучевой терапии у больных с рецидивами рака предстательной железы после радикальной простатэктомии.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> C марта 2009 г. по январь 2015 г. 92 больным раком предстательной железы с маркерными рецидивами после радикальной простатэктомии была выполнена спасительная лучевая терапия в режиме как классического, так и гипофракционирования дозы радиации.</p><p><bold>Результаты и заключение</bold>. Медиана времени наблюдения составила 40 мес (12–78 мес). Общая выживаемость – 100 %. Локальный контроль – 100 %. Показатели 1, 2 и 3-летней выживаемости без признаков болезни во всей группе больных составили 96, 91 и 86 %, в группе гипофракционирования – 98, 95 и 89 %, в группе классического фракционирования дозы – 95, 87 и 84 % соответственно. Нами установлено, что период удвоения уровня простатического специфического антигена ≤6 мес (p = 0,035) после хирургического лечения и уровень простатического специфического антигена &gt;0,5 нг / мл (p = 0,037) на момент начала спасительной лучевой терапии достоверно ассоциированы с худшим прогнозом эффективности лечения.
