This review focuses on management of advanced castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) has been rapidly changing and is still evolving. In the last years, there has been an increasing knowledge of prostate cancer biology. New therapeutic agents and approaches have been evaluated demonstrating benefits in survival and quality of life in patients with metastatic prostate cancer.</p>
Новые терапевтические агенты и подходы продемонстрировали свои преимущества в увеличении общей выживаемости и качества жизни у пациентов с распространенными формами РПЖ.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>prostate cancer</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>hormonal therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак предстательной железы</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия</kwd><kwd>гормональная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
