Радикальная позадилонная простатэктомия (РПП) до недавнего времени являлась самым распространенным методом радикального лечения рака предстательной железы. За последние десятилетие отмечается прогрессивное развитие минимально инвазивных технологий оперативного лечения рака простаты.
