Methods, such as a follow-up, chemotherapy or retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy, may be used to treat nonseminomatous germ cell tumors. The paper shows the main advantages and disadvantages of the above treatment options.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Общая выживаемость больных с герминогенными опухолями яичка I стадии после выполнения им орхифуникулэктомии составляет почти 100 %, что достигается за счет использования альтернативных адъювантных подходов. При лечении несеминомных герминогенных опухолей могут применяться следующие методы: динамическое наблюдение, химиотерапия или забрюшинная лимфаденэктомия.
