All the 69 patients were preoperatively diagnosed as having locally advanced BC. Urothelial carcinoma was detected in 66 of the 69 patients; 3 patients had squamous cell carcinoma. BC was concurrent with other tumors in 7 patients. Early postoperative complications were noted in 49 (71 %) patients; late postoperative ones were seen in 14 (20.3 %). Ureteroneocystoanastomotic strictures were found in 6 patients; they were all treated using balloon dilation of an ureteroneocystoanastomotic area. </italic><bold><italic>Results. </italic></bold><italic>Balloon dilation of ureteroneocystoanastomotic strictures was successful in all the 6 patients. The postoperative period was uncomplicated in all the cases. The strictures were removed in all the cases; no hydronephrosis progression was observed during 6–36-month followup periods. </italic> <italic><bold>Conclusion</bold>. As the results of balloon dilation carried out in a larger number of patients accumulate, this may be recommended as a minimally invasive treatment option for ureteroneocystoanastomotic strictures in BC patients after cystectomy. </italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Введение. </italic></bold><italic>В России ежегодно регистрируется 12 700 новых случаев рака мочевого пузыря (РМП), треть из них имеет инвазивные формы. </italic><bold><italic>Цель исследования </italic></bold><italic>– оценка первых результатов использования баллонных методик в лечении стриктур уретеронеоцистоанастомоза у больных РМП после цистэктомий. </italic><bold><italic>Материалы и методы. </italic></bold><italic>С 2006 по 2013 г. в ФГБУ РНЦРХТ МЗ РФ по поводу РМП получили лечение 746 больных, из них цистэктомия выполнена 69 (9,2 %) пациентам. У всех 69 пациентов предоперационно были диагностированы местно-распространенные формы заболевания. Уротелиальная карцинома была выявлена у 66 из 69 больных, у 3 больных – плоскоклеточный рак. У 7 пациентов РМП сочетался с другими опухолями. </italic><italic>Ранние послеоперационные осложнения отмечены у 49 (71 %) пациентов, поздние послеоперационные осложнения – у 14 (20,3 %). Стриктуры уретеронеоцистоанастомоза выявлены у 6 больных, всем им в качестве лечения использовали баллонную дилатацию области уретеронеоцистоанастомоза.</italic><bold><italic>Результаты. </italic></bold><italic>Баллонная дилатация стриктур уретеронеоцистоанастомоза была успешной у всех 6 больных. Послеоперационный период протекал без осложнений во всех случаях.
