The paper presents a case of surgical treatment for disseminated horseshoe kidney tumor, by applying extracorporeal resection with further autotransplantation into the iliac region. It also describes surgical techniques and gives a brief review of literature on this matter.

Представлен случай хирургического лечения распространенной опухоли подковообразной почки с использованием экстракорпоральной резекции с последующей аутотрансплантацией в подвздошную область. Описана хирургическая техника, приведен краткий обзор литературы по данному вопросу.
