Metastatic carcinoma has a higher proliferative activity and a low tumor vascularization than those of localized carcinoma.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Необходимыми факторами для опухолевого роста, прогрессии и метастазирования являются пролиферация опухолевых клеток и опухолевый ангиогенез.</italic></p><p><bold><italic>Цель исследования </italic></bold><italic>– оценка взаимоотношения показателей пролиферативной активности и морфометрических параметров внутриопухолевых микрососудов в метастатических и локализованных карциномах почки.</italic></p><p><bold><italic>Материалы и методы. </italic></bold><italic>Исследован операционный материал, взятый от 54 пациентов (32 мужчины и 22 женщины) в возрасте от 26 до 69 лет (средний возраст 55 ± 1,5 года) с верифицированным диагнозом: почечно-клеточный рак (ПКР), светлоклеточный вариант.</italic></p><p><bold><italic>Выводы. </italic></bold><italic>Пролиферативная активность и ангиоархитектоника являются важной биологической характеристикой опухоли с неодинаковой клинической значимостью при ПКР.
