There are reliable differences between the probability of development of hormone refractory and the patient's age, disease stage and degree of tumor cell differentiation.</italic></p><p><bold><italic>Conclusion: </italic></bold><italic>с</italic><italic>linical developed, laboratory and pathomorphological criteria, the use of which may reliably predict the likelihood of hormone refractory patients with prostate cancer on the background of antiandrogenic treatment.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Механизмы развития гормональной рефрактерности в настоящее время окончательно не изучены.</italic></p><p><bold><italic>Материалы и методы. </italic></bold><italic>Результаты лечения 135 больных раком предстательной железы (РПЖ), которым выполнена субкапсулярная орхиэктомия.</italic></p><p><bold><italic>Результаты. </italic></bold><italic>Гормональная рефрактерность развилась у 38 (28,15 %) пациентов, чувствительными к проведению антиандрогенной терапии остались 97 (71,85 %) пациентов. Отмечены достоверные различия между вероятностью развития гормональной рефрактерности и возрастом пациента, стадией заболевания и степенью клеточной дифференцировки опухоли.</italic></p><p><bold><italic>Заключение. </italic></bold><italic>Разработаны клинические, лабораторные и патоморфологические критерии, используя которые возможно достоверно прогнозировать вероятность развития гормональной рефрактерности у больных РПЖ на фоне антиандрогенного лечения.</italic></p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>prostate cancer</kwd><kwd>hormone resistance</kwd><kwd>antiandrogen therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак предстательной железы</kwd><kwd>гормональная рефрактерность</kwd><kwd>антиандрогенная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
