Bevacizumab plus interferon alfa-2A is now standard first-line options for patients with previously untreated, good or intermediate prognosis (using the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center criteria). We have presented our experience in using bevacisumab plus interferon alfa-2A in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. Median progression-free survival and overall survival were 10 months and 22 months, respectively.</p>
Медиана времени до прогрессирования и медиана общей выживаемости составили 10 и 22 мес соответственно.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>renal cell carcinoma</kwd><kwd>target therapy</kwd><kwd>bevacisumab</kwd><kwd>vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>почечно-клеточный рак</kwd><kwd>таргетная терапия</kwd><kwd>бевацизумаб</kwd><kwd>интерферон</kwd><kwd>ингибитор VEGF</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
