The drug has been found to have a high antitumor activity and a good tolerability in patients with disseminated renal-cell carcinoma with a very poor prognosis and to cause few side effects.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассмотрены эффективность и переносимость Темсиролимуса у пациентов с метастатическим раком почки.
