The prognostic value of the expression Ki-67, ММР-9 and collagen IV were estimated in urotelial bladder tumors. The biopsy and surgery samples from 43 patients (27 males and 16 females ) aged 42 to 87 years (mean age 66 ± 1.5 years) who received combination treatment for urotelial tumors. It has been found that Ki-67, ММР-9 and collagen IV are important prognostic markers of urotelial invasive bladder carcinoma.

Проведена оценка прогностического значения экспрессии маркеров Ki-67, матриксной металлопротеиназы-9 (ММР-9) и коллагена IV при различных уротелиальных опухолях мочевого пузыря (ОМП). Исследован биопсийный и операционный материал 43 пациентов (27 мужчин и 16 женщин) в возрасте от 42 до 87 лет (средний возраст 66 ± 1,5 года), получавших комбинированное лечение по поводу ОМП. Установлено, что по мере увеличения стадии опухолевого процесса возрастает степень злокачественности клеток, увеличивается их пролиферативная активность, повышается экспрессия ММР-9.
