The patients with RCC were found to have high overall and adjusted survival rates. An independent prognostic factor, such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate, that was statistically significantly related to the risk of death from the underlying disease was identified.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В ходе исследования проведены оценка общей и скорректированной выживаемости, а также анализ роли клинических, морфологических и лабораторных показателей в прогнозировании результатов хирургического лечения больных почечно-клеточным раком (ПКР) I стадии. Установлена высокая общая и скорректированная выживаемость больных ПКР I стадии. Определен независимый фактор прогноза — скорость оседания эритроцитов, — статистически значимо связанный с риском смерти от основного заболевания.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>renal carcinoma</kwd><kwd>surgical treatment</kwd><kwd>prognostic factors</kwd><kwd>overall survival</kwd><kwd>adjusted survival</kwd><kwd>erythrocyte sedimentation rate</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак почки</kwd><kwd>хирургическое лечение</kwd><kwd>прогностические факторы</kwd><kwd>общая выживаемость</kwd><kwd>скорректированная выживаемость</kwd><kwd>скорость оседания эритроцитов</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
