Additionally, apart from prostate cancer, other malignant tumors are characterized by increased PSMA expression which, according to many authors, is associated with neoangiogenesis. These factors are reflected in the results of PSMA-radioligand imaging and require comprehensive approach to image interpretation including evaluation of computed tomography and magnetic resonance semiotics. In addition, rare cases of distant visceral prostate cancer metastasis in the form of solitary lesions also should be considered during interpretation of the results of radiologic imaging including positron emission tomography/computed tomography.</p><p>We present two clinical cases in which positron emission tomography/computed tomography revealed solitary foci of pathological [18F]PSMA-1007 uptake outside the areas of typical metastatic spread (with exception of advanced disease)of prostate cancer, specifically in the stomach wall and the left cerebellar hemisphere. In the first case histologicalexamination results revealed a metachronous low grade neuroendocrine tumor of the stomach, in the second case a metastatic lesion of the cerebellum was diagnosed as part of the underlying disease.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время известно, что простатический специфический мембранный антиген (ПСМА) экспрессируется во многих тканях организма человека помимо предстательной железы как в рамках физиологического состояния, так и при различных патологических процессах. Также известно, что кроме рака предстательной железы (РПЖ) ряд других злокачественных опухолей характеризуются повышенной экспрессией ПСМА, что, по мнению многих авторов, ассоциировано с неоангиогенезом. Эти особенности отражаются на результатах ПСМА-радиолигандной визуализации и требуют комплексного подхода к интерпретации полученных изображений, включая оценку компьютерной томографической и магнитно-резонансной семиотики. Кроме того, в клинической практике встречаются редкие</p><p>случаи отдаленного висцерального метастазирования рака предстательной железы в виде солитарных очагов, чтонеобходимо учитывать при интерпретации результатов лучевой визуализации, в том числе позитронно-эмиссионной томографии, совмещенной с компьютерной томографией.</p><p>В данной статье мы представляем 2 клинических случая пациентов, у которых при позитронно-эмиссионной томографии, совмещенной с компьютерной томографией, были выявлены солитарные узловые образования с патологическим накоплением [18F]ПСМА-1007 в локализациях, не типичных (за исключением генерализованного процесса) для метастатического распространения рака предстательной железы, – в стенке желудка и левой гемисфере мозжечка.
