Bladder cancer in general does not have aggressive characteristics, unlike kidney cancer, so its detection and timely treatment is associated with favorable outcomes for both mother and fetus. Kidney cancer, on the contrary, is capable of a lightning-fast course, has a greater ability to metastasize early and can cause death in a short period of time. The article presents clinical observations of patients with various locations of malignant neoplasms of the urinary tract, shows the difficulties of diagnosis, features of the clinical course, treatment and prognosis in this category of patients. It is clearly shown that treatment and obstetric tactics in each individual case should be personalized and involve a large multidisciplinary team of specialists with experience working with this category of patients.</p>
Наглядно показано, что лечение и акушерская тактика в каждом отдельном случае должны быть персонализированными, с привлечением большой мультидисциплинарной команды специалистов, имеющих опыт работы с данной категорией больных.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cancer</kwd><kwd>kidney</kwd><kwd>bladder</kwd><kwd>ureter</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>diagnosis</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак</kwd><kwd>почка</kwd><kwd>мочевой пузырь</kwd><kwd>мочеточник</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>прогноз</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Cottreau C.M., Dashevsky I., Andrade S.E. et al.
