It is promising to elucidate the specific features of these processes in the diagnosis of PC. Polyfocal prostate puncture biopsy specimens were examined in 15 males with PC and 15 with benign PH (BPH). Immunohistochemical reactions were made in an automatic robotic apparatus. B1 expression was ascertained to be fully absent in patients with BPH. Malignant acini and prostatic intraepithelial neoplastic foci showed a specific reaction with anti-B1 antibodies in the glandular epithelium. B2 expression was seen in the stroma in both BPH and PC irrespective of their stage and total Gleason scores. The findings of the pattern of B1 expression suggest that it may be used as a marker for PC.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p/></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>prostate cancer</kwd><kwd>benign prostatic hyperplasia</kwd><kwd>prostate-specific antigen</kwd><kwd>renin-angiotensin and kallikrein-kinin systems</kwd><kwd>receptor expression</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак предстательной железы</kwd><kwd>доброкачественная гиперплазия предстательной железы</kwd><kwd>простатспецифический антиген</kwd><kwd>ренин-ангиотензиновая и калликреин-кининовая системы</kwd><kwd>экспрессия рецепторов</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
