This clinical scenario poses a major challenge to the surgeons, as tumor thrombus can obstruct access to the surgical area and increase the risk of complications. This article discusses various surgical access techniques that  can be used in treatment  of kidney cancer complicated by tumor thrombus of the inferior vena cava and right atrium, including open surgery, robotic surgery, and minimally invasive techniques. An analysis of factors to consider in selection of the optimal surgical access was perfomed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье подробно  рассмотрен  вопрос выбора хирургического доступа для лечения рака почки, осложненного опухолевым тромбозом с инвазией в нижнюю полую вену и правое предсердие. Такая клиническая ситуация представляет серьезную проблему для хирургов, поскольку опухолевый тромбоз может препятствовать доступу к операционной области и повышать риск осложнений. Проведен анализ различных методов хирургического доступа, включая открытое вмешательство, роботическую операцию и минимально инвазивные  операции, которые могут быть использованы для лечения рака почки, осложненного тромбозом нижней полой вены и правого предсердия.
