PSADT   were compared with the clinical tumor category, Gleason score, PSA level at diagnosis, as well as the age and level of education of patients. The pretreatment PSADT also were compared with survival rates of patients.</p><p><bold>Results</bold>. In the current study the correlation between the PSADT and the degree of tumor progression was shown. PSADT decreased with the increase of clinical tumor stage, Gleason score and PSA level at diagnosis. Moreover, in the study the prognostic value of PSADT was confirmed.
