According to WHO data, about 3% of the all malignant neoplasias are comprised of bladder cancer (BC). According to numerous epidemiological studies, up to 90% of the all malignant neoplasias arise due to hostilities impacts and accumulation of genotoxic substances as well as carcinogens and mutagens. The main genetic factors are considered and their impact on the bladder malignant neoplasias formation is analysed in the article.
