Currently, robot-assisted access is actively used along with the open one. The review analyzes the main results of robot-assisted RC and compares them with those after open RC. We evaluated the following parameters of robot-assisted RC: surgery duration, volume of blood loss, terms of patients’ hospitalization, 30- and 90-day complications. We also compared the results of extra- and intracorporeal urine diversion and found out that intracorporeal ileal conduit formation and orthotopic cystoplasty are more advantageous. Gaining experience allows us to reduce the number of postoperative complications, especially severe ones according to Clavien classification, and to improve the functional results of robot-assisted RC.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Радикальная цистэктомия (РЦ) остается основным методом оперативного лечения больных мышечно-инвазивным раком мочевого пузыря. В настоящее время при РЦ наряду с открытым активно используется робот-ассистированный доступ. В данном обзоре проведены анализ основных результатов робот-ассистированной РЦ и их сравнение с таковыми после открытой РЦ. Оценены такие параметры робот-ассистированной РЦ, как длительность операции, объем кровопотери, сроки госпитализации больных, 30- и 90-дневные осложнения. Проведен сравнительный анализ результатов экстра- и интракорпоральной деривации мочи, установлены преимущества интракорпорального формирования илеального кондуита и ортотопической цистопластики.
