Аннотация

Криоаблация почки представляет собой альтернативный, минимально инвазивный метод лечения локализованного почечноклеточного рака. К основным преимуществам данной методики можно отнести визуализацию опухоли и формирование «ледя ного шара» в реальном времени, меньшее количество осложнений по сравнению с остальными методиками лечения почечно-клеточного рака, а также возможность проведения криотерапии у соматически отягощенных больных. По сравнению с другими аблативными технологиями криоаблация обладает низким процентом повторных сеансов аблации и хорошими промежуточными онкологическими результатами. Изучение долгосрочных онкологических и функциональных результатов криоаблации почки продолжается в настоящее время.
